At Namonath Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, returns are not accepted once the product is opened or used.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is incorrect
Product missing from the order
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
